GPT-6 Luna Max vs XHigh: my first-day experience

Caught in 4K GPT-6 Luna xhigh hallucinating twice already. Switching my daily driver from Luna 5.6 xhigh to Luna 6 Max then. I’m not sad. But please, next patch, just let me keep using Luna instead of nerfing it. And yes, I read the intelligence and cost benchmarks.

for me:

• 5.6 luna xhigh = 6 luna max.
• 6 luna xhigh < 5.6 luna xhigh.
• I got 6 luna xhigh to hallucinate a lot of times, and its computer use got worse to the point of being unusable.
• 6 luna max is okay now. It looks like it can handle 5.6 luna xhigh jobs, but yeah, it's much slower.

A few hours later, though, I felt differently: I can't stand gpt-6 luna anymore. 6 luna max is too slow, and 6 luna xhigh is noticeably nerfed. So they reduced the intelligence again, but this time they also cut the cost and called it frontier? What kind of PR stunt is this? At least please don't take 5.6 luna away from me.

Guys, just use GPT-5.6 luna xhigh while it lasts. It's cheap enough, can do the jobs, and not slow as a snail.

If you want the best price/performance, use gpt-6 luna max as the brain and gpt-6 luna xhigh as the worker. If you're lazy, just use gpt-5.6 luna xhigh for everything. Of course, 6 sol and 6 astra are for specialized use. That's my take as a non-dev and plus user.
